I’m Back! March Wrap Up and April TBR

Oh boy, what a month…

Hello, my lovely readers! I hope you are all well and safe in those scary and unprecedented times. Let me know in the comment below how you’ve been dealing with self-isolation and social distancing.

So as some of you might know already March was supposed to be the month that I fulfil my dream of visiting New Zealand. I published a post just before I left to give a heads up that I probably won’t have time to do any reading or blogging. And that’s more or less what happened.

I’ll talk in more details in my travel blog but long story short we left for New Zealand when everything was still calm there. They had 2-3 COVID-19 cases and there was no travel restriction. And since there was no travel restriction we couldn’t cancel our trip without losing our money but you were pretty confident that thing will hold for the next 3 weeks… And everything was pretty calm and going well for the first 10 days. Then all hell broke loose in the space of 2 days and we actually ended up stuck in New Zealand not knowing when and how we’ll manage to go home. We did find a way home by sheer luck. But I’ll dive more into those details in my travel blog.

As for reading… Although I brought two physical books with me and one e-book… I read a total of 100 pages. Between enjoy my first 10 days and been stressed for the remaining 13 I didn’t really get and reading done.
